What’s on the Menu

The Mediterrânico, the main restaurant at the Longevity Health & Wellness Hotel, takes inspiration from functional food. This means that the chef goes beyond delivering delicious meals; the dishes he creates are carefully designed to incorporate anti-inflammatory ingredients and alkaline components that support a more favorable pH balance within the body. The colorful and delightful dishes aim to inspire guests to adapt their eating habits, promoting a shift toward a more balanced, sustainable, and moderate diet. Organic produce is locally sourced from markets and producers. There is a range of juice fast diets available, as well as a comprehensive selection of vegetarian and gluten-free options, protein-based dishes and dishes with a low glycaemic index. Breakfast consists of a breakfast buffet. The Tea Lounge on the ground floor serves vegetarian bites to be enjoyed alongside a calming cup of tea. Coffee more your thing? Rooms

All 70 soundproof, light rooms are contemporary in their design and have a bathroom with a shower plus toiletries. The accommodation includes flat screen-TV, coffee machine, kettle, mineral water, hairdryer, air-conditioning and a safe. A bathrobe and slippers are also provided for you. Room service is available 24-hours. Rooms are cleaned daily.

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel in het volledige hotel. Ontbijt heel gezond, gevarieerd en vooral superlekker! Ook de kaart uitgeprobeerd in het café dat gesitueerd is op het dak (snack en diner), je proeft dat alles vers klaargemaakt is.

De geplande massages en behandelingen waren dik in orde, de omgeving is zo rustgevend desondanks dat je op een kwartiertje wandelen direct in Alvor centrum en het strand kan zijn. Prachtig zicht vanop het balkon op de kamer en ook op het dak als je uitrust aan het zwembad. De zonsondergang 's avonds is telkens een schoonheid om te zien!

Ik kom zeker nog eens terug!
