All programs at New Life Portugal are based on full board and participation in daily holistic activities. Most programs are typically offered for 7, 14, 21, or 28 nights, but the

What's wonderful about New Life Portugal is that the programs address four dimensions: coaching, healthy nutrition, holistic (mindfulness) activities, and relaxation for the body. In addition to the sessions and workshops of your program, you can make use of the heated swimming pool, sauna, and (small) fitness facilities.
Mindful eating is New Life Portugal's motto. No longer mindlessly putting things in your mouth, but enjoy the meal with attention and amazement. Eating, in this context, is an act of self-care, a means of nurturing the body in a healthy manner. During your stay, you will indulge in delicious and nutritious buffet-style meals featuring an abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, low glycemic index foods, and probiotics. The dishes are prepared with fresh, unprocessed products as much as possible, grown on the land in their own vegetable garden or from local farmers and craft businesses in the region. The food is mainly vegan or lacto-ovo vegetarian, but there are also options for light meat or fish.
