On the premises is a heated swimming pool, sauna and (small) fitness facilities. New Life offers holistic activities such as yoga, Qi Gong and meditation and group activities such as mindful exercise, forest bathing, game nights and thematic group discussions.
Mindful eating is New Life's motto. No longer mindlessly putting things in your mouth, but enjoy the meal with attention and amazement. Eating is self-care: nourishing the body in a healthy way. During your stay you will enjoy tasty and healthy buffet meals with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, low glucemic index foods and probiotics. The dishes are prepared with fresh, unprocessed products as much as possible, grown on the land in their own vegetable garden or from local farmers and craft businesses in the region. The food is mainly vegan or lacto-ovo vegetarian, but there are also options for light meat or fish.
