At the same time, the location, weather and beach make this wellness destination a tropical holiday paradise. Wellness, Spa and Health

There is a special Ayurveda centre with 8 doctors and some 45 therapists. A stay here begins with an intake consultation whereby the doctor determines your dosha type (body type) and establishes a personal treatment programme. You will be supervised by the ayurveda doctor throughout the rest of your stay. You will also generally have a dedicated therapist / masseur who will treat you throughout your stay.

What’s on the Menu

The restaurant serves an extensive buffet. The tasty Ayurveda dishes are presented with boards indicating which dishes are suitable for which dosha types. This enables you to then compile your own meals. For accompanying guests, you can order a la carte meals at a surcharge

The monsoon period: the period from June to September is particularly suitable for an Ayurveda treatment.

Good to know

The monsoon period, between June and September, is particularly suitable for an Ayurveda retreat.
If you’d like to book an excursion, it is advisable to stay for longer than a week. During the first week, your body needs time to adjust and requires rest. An excursion would interrupt this process.
The hotel does not have a private beach, though a small section is reserved for the hotel. Locals can occasionally be seen walking around.
We do offer the Standard rooms, although they are smaller and darker inside.

Rooms

The 61 rooms are in the form of individual cottages dotted around the green, tropical garden. They are decorated in Keralan style, with bamboo, wood and other natural materials. Rooms and cottages are fitted with a desk, bed with mosquito net, fan, telephone, safe and bathroom with shower. Air-conditioning is included.

Ayurveda Rejuvenation

Geweldige plek om op te laden en te ontspannen in een prachtige omgeving. Gezond en vers eten en goede service. De behandelingen helpen bij het verlichten van de pijntjes in mijn lichaam. Ik zou dit iedereen aanbevelen met lichamelijke aandoeningen. De mensen in de bediening zijn vriendelijk en gastvrij. Hopelijk tot ziens!

Manaltheeram is an Ayurvedic hospital with a relaxing resort ambiance that makes you feel at home. Treatment are excellent. The main restaurant is a highlight for its location with unobstructed views of the ocean. During the treatment special Ayurvedic vegetarian food is served. The South Indian cuisine is varied and tasty, and you will certainly love it.

Panchakarma Ayurveda

Manaltheeram is een prachtig strandresort met verschillende goede behandeling. Ik verbleef 14 dagen bij hen en merkte dat het personeel zeer professioneel en beleefd is. De behandelingen waren geweldig. Artsen, therapeuten en de rest van het team waren geweldig. Ik volgde de panchakarama kuur en na de behandeling voelde ik me stukken beter. Ik ben van plan ooit nog terug te keren met vrienden!
