The spa area of the Engel Ayurveda hotel extends over 2500 m², and consists of Ayurvedic treatment rooms, a panoramic indoor pool, an infinity outdoor pool (heated to 34 degrees, 20 meters), a whirlpool, a panoramic event sauna, a bio sauna, a Kneipp swimming pool, an aromatic brine steam bath, an infrared sauna and an ice mist channel. There are also 7 quiet areas for relaxation, a tea room, sun terrace and garden.

The team is led by Dr. Vaidya Swami Nath Mishra, who will conduct your arrival consultation including pulse diagnostics and prepare your treatment agenda along with a diet plan. There is a choice of various programmes including the relaxing Rasayana cure, Ayurvedic slimming, Ayurvedic immune boost and the ultimate traditional detox - the Panchakarma. All meals served during your stay are based on Ayurvedic cuisine. The traditional Ayurvedic cuisine is light and easy on your digestion as only natural foods are used in combination with various herbs and spices. Dishes are mainly vegetarian, occasionally fish or light poultry are on the menu. The hotel buys local ingredients and uses farms in South Tyrol. There are also vegan, lactose and gluten-free options. Your stay includes ayurvedic meals on a full board basis and these are prescribed by the doctor depending on your physique (doshas).
