A harmonious life is one that is in sync with Mother Nature. Begnas Lake Resort & Villa endeavors to achieve this by integrating centuries-old Nepalese Ayurvedic knowledge with traditional Ayurveda from Southern India. The majority of the herbal blends and therapeutic oils originate from Kerala, the birthplace of Ayurveda in South India, and are crafted by some of the most respected medicinal Ayurveda producers globally. However, classical Nepalese texts highlight unique and rare medicinal herbs found in the vicinity of the resort, known for their regenerative and health-restoring properties. To capitalize on this, Begnas Lake Resort & Villa is in the process of establishing its own production line, thanks to its dedicated organic garden. The Ayurveda team comprises two professional Ayurvedic doctors (one male, one female) stationed on-site, along with two male and four female therapists. The resort features four heated treatment rooms. The doctors, chef, and yoga teachers collaborate closely to ensure that each guest receives personalized and tailored care.

Take a refreshing dive in the rock pool with clear water from a nearby mountain spring. The water streams down to the lake, ensuring the preservation of water life without the need for chemicals. Nestled in a tranquil corner of the hotel, the yoga and meditation pavilion hosts experienced teachers for both morning and afternoon sessions. During the colder months (December to February), yoga classes are conducted indoors. For a truly immersive experience, the spa features a traditional wood-fired sauna, ideal for the winter months, and two mineral hot tubs heated using heated stones.

Jimire restaurant offers guests the option to dine either indoors or on the sun terrace. The restaurant features a menu with a variety of options, including international, Indian, and local vegetarian dishes and specialties. Dietary preferences such as Ayurvedic, lactose-free, gluten-free, or vegan can be accommodated. The culinary team sources primarily from the resort's organic garden and local organic farmers. For a refreshing beverage experience, Kodo Bar by the pool serves a selection of beers, wines, and delightful cocktails.
