Lefay Resort & SPA Lago di Garda is set within an expansive nature park, surrounded by lush green hills, citrus trees, and olive groves. The resort, carved into a cliff along the banks of Lake Garda, offers an unrivaled view. Traveling from Amsterdam requires an approximately 2.5-hour flight, followed by a 90-minute drive from Verona airport.

The Lefay SPA Method is truly unique. Through an initial consultation, the doctors pinpoint where your inner balance is disrupted, and the ensuing treatment plan is entirely dedicated to restoring this equilibrium. While undergoing this process, you'll have the pleasure of indulging in Michelin star-worthy meals and immersing yourself in a stunning environment. Furthermore, the comprehensive range of activities and numerous excursion options ensures endless enjoyment. In the 2021 restyling project, the Suites, Lobby, and Lounge area of the Resort were refurbished with warm colors and furnishings made from local natural materials. The "Adults Only SPA" wellness area underwent renovations, as did the renewed Lefay Vital Gourmet restaurant, which now includes "La Limonaia" restaurant. Additionally, the brand-new "Gramen" fine-dining restaurant was introduced, offering a touch of healthy gourmet cuisine.

Wellness, Spa and Health

Lefay specializes in Classical Chinese Medicine, a centuries-old system that addresses issues at their root rather than merely treating symptoms. In addition to this, the doctors and therapists integrate Western knowledge, methods, and medicines. Beyond individual programs, guests can choose from anti-stress, weight loss, sleep enhancement, fitness, and wellbeing programs. Regardless of the choice, the treatments aim to restore the flow of stuck energy through techniques such as tuina massages, acupuncture, reflexology, meridian and pressure point therapies. The spa, spanning two floors, features a heated swimming pool, a gym, a yoga studio, five unique saunas, a salt cave with a pool, a smaller swimming pool, and a stunning infinity pool. Additionally, there's a private spa available for separate rental, complete with a sauna and treatment room. Guests can also head to the medical spa for various treatments, from connective tissue massage to cranio-sacral therapies, as well as undergo check-ups, including tests for food allergies, metabolism, stress hormone profiles, insomnia, and anti-aging.

Since 2022, the Lefay SPA area has undergone significant enhancements. It now features a Fitness Area equipped with the exclusive Technogym Artis line, a renovated Pool Bar, and a dedicated floor for adults. The newly introduced "Adults Only SPA" provides an oasis of peace, allowing adults to rejuvenate in bright spaces with a unique view. The focal point of this experience is the panoramic whirlpool, where guests can relax after finding deep calm in the nearby Finnish Sauna overlooking the lake.

Preventative medicine, a category encompassing classical Chinese medicine, places a strong emphasis on maintaining a healthy diet. Consequently, Lefay provides meals that are both light and pure. Whether you opt for the buffet or multi-course menus, you can be assured of a delightful dining experience. The culinary offerings feature seasonal ingredients and authentic Italian olive oil in regional Mediterranean dishes, reminiscent of traditional preparations. These dishes are truly a marvel to behold and boast an exquisite taste that is sure to please. This holds true even if you are adhering to a special diet. The primary restaurant, "La Limonaia," serves as the central hub for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Its cuisine revolves around a Mediterranean reinterpretation of the finest Italian cooking, incorporating innovative Lefay SPA recipes.

Since 2022, a brand-new restaurant named "Gramen" has opened its doors. Named after the Latin noun referring to the vegetable world, the restaurant embodies the Lefay Vital Gourmet philosophy of sustainability and wellness, celebrating the natural features of each ingredient.

Dit is een prachtig hotel , heel mooi ruime kamers met een subliem uitzicht op het Garda meer .

De service , het lekkere eten de perfecte bediening alles zo in stijl en klassevol .

De spa is centraal in het hotel gelegen en echt de moeite waard , het uitgebreide gamma van behandelingen is naar ieders behoefte. Zeker een aanrader !!

Ik heb een geweldig verblijf gehad in het Lefay resort. Was in het begin wat overwhelmed van de luxe en geweldige service. De mensen zijn heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam en professioneel. De faciliteiten, het eten en de behandelingen zijn geweldig. Aan alles is gedacht (slippers, tasje voor zwembad/spa, onbeperkt kruidenthees, snackje en water dat je kan pakken). En dan de kamer en dat uitzicht; ik kan nog wel even doorgaan.

Al met al een heerlijk verblijf waar ik uitgerust en herboren van terug ben gekomen! Ik ga zeker weer terug!
