Juggling proverbial balls. Limiting stress. Losing weight (again). Eating healthier. Getting more exercise... Whenever I stop to take stock of my life, the same old themes crop up. Know the feeling? I have now made peace with the fact that: I won’t always succeed, and I certainly won’t succeed in all of the above, all at once. Rather than focusing on what I haven’t managed, I now focus on what I have managed; finding some me-time, doing something that makes me happy. Like reading the newspaper on a Saturday, enjoying an espresso macchiato at my favourite local coffee place, meditating, taking a walk in nature or following an online Pilates class… I like to call these ‘energy bites’.
Sometimes, what you need is an instant boost. Which is precisely what Pureandcure has been offering for almost fifteen years now. Back then, wellness seemed like a trend no different to any other; since then – when we first started out – wellness and health have come to occupy a firm place in people’s lives. Looking after yourself properly, doing what makes you happy, fully recharging both body and mind… A wellness or health holiday can help do just that. I am witnessing a fast-growing group of people who are embracing this form of holiday. This at once makes me feel happy and fulfilled.
Pureandcure is a pioneer in the field of wellness and health holidays in the Benelux, and has expanded to become of the major players in Europe. Pureandcure has offices in in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and Mechelen, Belgium.
