The treatment plan compiled on the back of this is entirely dedicated to readdressing this balance. The 2021 restyling project involved the Suites, Lobby and Lounge area of the Resort, refurbished with warm colours and furnishings made from local natural materials. The "Adults Only SPA" wellness area has been refurbished, and also the renewed Lefay Vital Gourmet restaurant, including "La Limonaia" restaurant, and the introduction of the brand-new "Gramen" fine-dining restaurant with a touch of healthy gourmet cuisine.
Wellness, Spa and Health
Lefay specialises in Classical Chinese Medicine. This is a centuries-old system that tackles complaints from the root as opposed to battling the symptoms alone. To supplement this, the doctors and therapists also use western knowledge, methods and medicines. Besides individual programmes, you also have a choice of anti-stress, weight loss, sleep enhancement, fitness and wellbeing programmes. Whatever you choose, the treatments are always aimed at getting stuck energy flowing again by means of tuina massages, acupuncture, reflexology, meridian and pressure point therapies, for example. The spa spans two floors and also has a heated swimming pool and a gym, plus: a yoga studio, 5 unique saunas, a salt cave with pool, a smaller swimming pool and a really wonderful infinity pool. There is also a private spa (sauna and treatment room) available to hire separately. Afterwards, relax on a lounger in the spacious garden, where you might find waiters walking around offering you slices of watermelon! For specific physical complaints you can also head to the medical spa. Here, physiotherapists and osteopaths offer various treatments, from connective tissue massage to cranio-sacral therapies. You can also undergo all kinds of check-ups there. There are tests for food allergies, metabolism, stress hormone profiles, insomnia and anti-ageing. Lefay also has plenty to offer those guests who aren’t suffering from a particular complaint in the way of an extensive ‘menu’ of face and body treatments.
NEW in 2022 The Lefay SPA area will include a Fitness Area equipped with the exclusive Technogym Artis line, a renovated Pool Bar and a floor entirely dedicated to adults. The new "Adults Only SPA" will offer an oasis of peace, where adults can revive themselves in bright spaces with a unique view. The panoramic whirlpool will be the centre of the experience, where guests can relax after finding deep calm in the nearby Finnish Sauna overlooking the lake.

What’s on the Menu
Preventative medicine – the category classical Chinese medicine falls under – emphasises a healthy diet. As such, Lefay serves meals that are light and pure. You can choose from a buffet or menus with multiple courses, but regardless of your choice, you can bet you’ll enjoy it. Seasonal products and real Italian olive oil in regional, Mediterranean dishes, as they were prepared in the old days. These dishes really are a wonder to behold, and taste absolutely delicious! Trust us. It’s true, even if you’re following a special diet. The main restaurant "La Limonaia" is the key reference for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Its cuisine focuses on a Mediterranean reinterpretation of the finest Italian cooking, also combining new Lefay SPA recipes. In 2022 a brand-new restaurant opens it doors. Named "Gramen" after the Latin noun referring to the vegetable world, the restaurant will embody the Lefay Vital Gourmet philosophy of sustainability and wellness, celebrating the natural features of each ingredient.
