This paradisiacal private island is located 15 minutes by boat from Marina Island Pangkor on the west coast of Malaysia. The boat sails between Marina Island Pangkor and Pangkor Laut Resort 4 - 5 times a day. From Kuala Lumpur airport: approx. 3.5-hour drive From Ipoh airport: approx. 1.5-hour drive

Important

Flights to: the quickest route is via Kuala Lumpur (KUL) and per transfer to the harbour (240 minutes). Another option: via Singapore (SIN) and per fight to Ipoh (IPH) and per car transfer to the harbour (90 minutes).
Transfer time from Kuala Lumpur airport in 240 minutes and from Ipoh 90 minutes to the harbour. From the harbour it is a 20-minutes boat journey to Island Pangkor Laut.
Check-in time: 15.00pm / Check-out time: 11am
Late check-out: When available, the surcharge for late checkout is 50% of the roomrate and until 6pm.
Tourist tax needs to be paid on site
Surcharge on public holidays: Top up charge for the Gala Dinners
Swimwear is obligatory in the swimming pool. Swimwear is not permitted in the sauna for hygienic reasons.
There is a heated outdoor pool
Internet: Free WIFI is available in most areas of the resort, including in the villas.

Prachtig resort, waar je volledig tot rust komt. De plek is schitterend, vriendelijk personeel: niets was te veel gevraagd. We voelde ons heel speciaal vanaf de eerste minuut tot de laatste!

We had a fantastic stay at Pangkor Laut Resort a couple of weeks ago. Very nice resort, very service minded staff and the beach at Emerald Bay is just fantastic. You can also feel the nature is just around the corner - we had both monkeys and hornbill birds visit our terrace. We dined at both Uncle Lim’s Kitchen and Fisherman’s Cove and had some very nice dishes.

Wie had gedacht dat er nog zulke plekken bestaan? Hemel op aarde! We kregen een ontzettend fijn welkom bij aankomst. De locatie is geweldig, het eten is heerlijk, en het personeel is vriendelijk. Daarnaast hadden we echt het geluk dat het weer perfect was, het was een vakantie om nooit te vergeten!
