The Anassa Signature Scrub and Wrap, crafted with homemade Cypriot ingredients, effectively exfoliates the skin. Chefs at Anassa’s restaurants focus on using local, seasonal ingredients, with the resort’s own herb garden providing fresh herbs and nearby farms supplying other produce. The gourmet restaurant, Basiliko, is uniquely set in a charming stone cave and specializes in Cypriot cuisine. It features an elaborate nine-course menu with wine pairing once a week, which requires advance booking. For fans of Italian cuisine, Helios offers fine dining with freshly made pasta, fish, and meat dishes, along with a separate menu dedicated to healthy vegetarian options. Amphora serves the daily breakfast and dinner buffet, with an à la carte option available on the terrace that overlooks the sea. The newly renovated Pelagos by the pool features live cooking of light Mediterranean dishes, perfect for snacks, lunch, or dinner. At Armonia & Amorosa Bar, guests can enjoy light snacks, sandwiches, and salads while sipping drinks with a spectacular view of the bay. Mijn vrouw en ik kwamen hier voor een pauze van vijf dagen van de hele pandemie. Het was fantastisch. Cyprus is superveilig, het hotel is geweldig en erg attent. Het eten in alle drie de restaurants is uitstekend. Maar het beste van alles is de heel erg vrolijke, consistente en attente service overal. Had ik het ontbijt al genoemd? Ik heb elke ochtend 50 banen gezwommen om me er volledig op voor te bereiden!

We komen zeker terug.

Absoluut schitterend hotel op een toplocatie in het noordwestelijke deel van het eiland, prachtig vormgegeven en aangelegde, ruime kamers, heerlijk eten (met name het ontbijtbuffet maar we waren ook erg onder de indruk van de restaurants Basiliko en Helios), ontspannen en gezellige sfeer , het meest vriendelijke en servicegerichte personeel, en overal vlekkeloos schoongemaakt. Al met al een 5 * aanbeveling voor dit 5 * hotel. Dank je! We komen zeker terug.

Only stayed here one night but wish it was more. Simply an amazing place. Very hard to find fault. Staff were great. Location and grounds beautiful. Up there with the best 5* hotels in the world. Will definitely return.
