In the 1920s, the Blijdenstein textile family from Twente erected their country house, 't Nije Huss op De Wilmersberg, in the heart of Twente. Here, they warmly welcomed numerous guests with hot chocolate and pancakes. Githa and Boudewijn, the current managers carry on this cherished tradition. The estate is situated near the German border, approximately a 30-minute drive from Enschede, and is conveniently close to Oldenzaal and the picturesque Ootmarsum.

- Check-in from 3 PM / check-out is at noon
- Late check-out is possibly at a surcharge of € 25 (subject to availability)
- Parking at the hotel is free of charge
- Pets are allowed (up to 1) at a surcharge of € 45 per animal and only in the Royal Rooms
- Upon check-out, you are required to settle the tourist tax of €4,25 per person per night for the year 2024.
- It is obligatory to wear swimwear in the spa, nudity in the sauna is mandatory
- Children up to 18 years old can use the indoor pool between certain hours. During these hours, swimwear should be worn. Outside of these hours, you are free to enter the indoor pool without swimwear.
- The traveltime from Utrecht - Landgoed de Wilmersberg is 95 minutes (per car)
- Bicycles can be rented at reception
- Yoga mats are available: you may also bring your own mat if you wish
- If you would like to share your room with a 3rd person (with an extra bed), the 3rd person will get a discount of 10% on the package price
- If you travel together with a person who does not participate in the yoga classes, there will be a discount of € 15 for that person (only valid for yogaweekends)
- Please note that all yoga and fitness groupclasses are guided in Dutch

Health Information for Travellers
Rooms
All 59 modern, fresh rooms are fitter with a telephone, small seat, safe, air-conditioning and flat screen TV. In the bathroom there is a shower, toilet and hairdryer. The Royal rooms have a bath and separate toilet. The small rooms only have a shower and toilet. All rooms come with a Nespresso machine plus capsules, and a kettle plus tea bags as standard. The small rooms are located on the top floor and have a slanted roof. They are ideal for solo travellers.

Ik wil Sylvia bedanken voor het fijne weekend. De locatie, het eten en de yoga waren fijn. Ze geeft helder duidelijk en op een prettige manier de instructies.
Zelf ben ik meer van stilte en juist geen muziek en woorden. Maar het was ontspannend en fijn.
