This approach blends traditional Chinese medicine with Western medical expertise, offering natural and innovative treatments that restore both body and mind. Lefay is known for its focus on energy balance, including signature massages that are tailored to individual energy levels. One of the highlights is the Senses of the Forest treatments, which draw on the healing properties of Alpine nature. These therapies use pure ingredients from trees, water, minerals, and plants such as chestnut, arnica, pine, juniper, and Alpine salt, creating a deeply immersive sensory experience. The spa menu is extensive, featuring Western and Eastern massage techniques, sports therapies, beauty treatments, and specialized hair spa rituals. In addition, there are non-invasive medical beauty treatments aimed at skin rejuvenation and enhancement, all performed with certified, safe technology. The medical team at Lefay SPA provides consultations in osteopathy and natural therapies. The spa 'World of Water and Fire', spans three floors and is designed to recharge energy levels. Facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, nine saunas, six relaxation areas, jacuzzis, a saltwater lake heated to 36°C with a 10% salt concentration, and a 20-meter swimming pool. Tip: the four sauna circuits, each inspired by a different element: The Green Dragon, The Red Phoenix, The White Tiger, and The Black Tortoise. These circuits offer different temperature and humidity levels, combined with phyto- and aromatherapy experiences.
