The Ayurveda programme blends centuries-old Nepalese knowledge with traditional practices from South India, using oils from Kerala (the birthplace of Ayurveda in South India) and rare medicinal herbs grown in the hills around the resort. These herbs support regeneration and the restoration of good health. Ayurveda is known as the "science of life." According to this philosophy, health is the result of a balanced life with harmony between body, mind, spirit, and the environment. The professional Ayurveda team, consisting of doctors, yoga teachers, therapists and chefs, offers personalised programmes with two to four hours of tailored treatments, individually prepared meals and daily consultations with the doctor to monitor progress. The resort features four heated treatment rooms, a simple yet comfortable spa, and unique facilities such as traditional boat baths filled with herbs and oils. Daily yoga and meditation sessions take place twice a day in one of three halls, including an open-air pavilion overlooking the lake. In colder months, classes move indoors. There is also a wood-fired sauna, perfect for the winter season. The swimming pool is fed by fresh mountain spring water, completely free of chemicals, and guests can also safely swim in the lake itself.

Jimire restaurant offers guests the option to dine either indoors or on the sun terrace overlooking the lake. For those not on an ayurvedic programme there is a menu with a variety of options, including international, Indian, and local vegetarian dishes and specialties. The culinary team sources primarily from the resort's organic garden and local organic farmers. The Kodo Bar by the pool offers drinks, from herbal teas to cocktails.
