Dining at Palmaïa follows The Nourishing Biome, a plant-forward culinary approach where fresh, high-quality ingredients are thoughtfully prepared across a variety of cuisines. While the focus is on plant-based dishes, select animal proteins such as seafood, meat, and eggs are available upon request.

The resort features four à la carte restaurants: LEK (elevated Mexican cuisine rooted in local culture), UME (Asian-inspired cuisine), Mar de Olivo (Mediterranean flavors with a fresh approach), and Su Casa (wood-fired cooking in a relaxed, oceanfront setting).

Additional experiences include Plantissa, a healthy café offering smoothies, bowls, fresh juices, and specialty coffee, and Charly’s Vegan Tacos, a vibrant food truck inspired by street-style flavors. Eolo Beach Club brings together beachfront energy with curated music and a premium bar.
