• Ayurvedic Vegetarian and Fish Full Board including ayurvedic drinks 
  
• Initial personal Consultation and daily check-ups by Ayurveda doctor 
  
• Determination of your constitution Type, Personal Ayurveda Treatment and Nutrition plan, daily check-ups by Ayurveda doctor 
  
• Daily Ayurvedic treatments (approx. 2,5 hours/day) according to the doctor’s prescription*
• There is 1 meditation session per week which you can participate in, if available
• There is 1 ayurveda lecture and 1 ayurveda cooking workshop per week which you can participate in, if available
• Daily 2x yoga session (60 minutes, 6 days of the week)
