Weissenhaus features four dining venues. Breakfast needs to be booked in advance, while other meals are ordered à la carte and paid for at the hotel. The fine-dining restaurant Courtier, which holds two Michelin stars, offers a six-course menu that can be adjusted to three courses. Restaurant Bootshaus, with views of the Baltic Sea, serves Mediterranean and Italian dishes, plus a few vegan options. ASIABAR focuses on Asian cuisine, and Kavaliershaus provides a breakfast buffet with some vegan choices. Additionally, the Vitalbar in the Schlosstherme spa offers a selection of healthy snacks.
