Minos Palace is nestled between the charming village of Elounda and the vibrant harbour town of Agios Nikolaos, overlooking the spectacular Mirabello Bay in eastern Crete. The resort has its own Blue Flag beach, where the water is crystal-clear and calm, and the Mediterranean stretches out before you. The surrounding area is made for exploring. Scenic walks through authentic mountain villages, hidden coves and rustic olive groves are all within easy reach. For those who want to venture further, the resort provides bicycles. Heraklion Airport is approximately 50 minutes away. Chania Airport is around two and a half hours by car. Arriving by ferry is also possible, with Heraklion port just one hour from the resort.

NAO is the signature wellbeing method of Minos Palace Resort, inspired by the Greek word 'nao', meaning 'to flow'. Water as the essence of life is the guiding metaphor: the power of nature combined with the latest insights from longevity science. The programmes aim to slow and even reverse the ageing process, with tailored journeys ranging from a single day to two weeks.

Everything starts with a comprehensive diagnostic assessment, covering DNA analysis, metabolic analysis, HRV measurement, body composition analysis and antioxidant testing. These insights help identify opportunities to optimise health, recovery, resilience and biological ageing markers through a fully personalised wellness strategy. Meals are fresh, simple and natural, rooted in traditional recipes and crafted largely from produce grown in the resort's own gardens. The culinary philosophy is closely aligned with the NAO longevity method, focusing on nutrient-dense ingredients, metabolic health, anti-inflammatory nutrition and the principles of the traditional Cretan lifestyle. That said, guests are more than welcome to enjoy a glass of wine with dinner. Balance is, after all, very much part of the philosophy here.

Nama Pool Bar

Enjoy carefully crafted cocktails and light bites by the pool, made with fresh and invigorating ingredients. The drinks menu is curated by Baba Au Rum, ranked among The World's 50 Best Bars. Non-alcoholic alternatives are also available.

Mosa Beach Bar

A manifestation of freedom. To discover an inspiring selection of cocktails and mocktails against the backdrop of the awe-inspiring sea.

Medical longevity, Transform - 3 nights

Prachtig hotel, goede behandelingen en goede adviezen op gezondheid/vitaal ouder worden. Geweldige omgeving/ligging. Heerlijk eten en goed wijnen. Er zijn alleen minder spa faciliteiten aanwezig.
