NAO is the signature wellbeing method of Minos Palace, inspired by the Greek word 'nao', meaning 'to flow'. Through four pillars, Nutrition, Sleep, Movement and Self-Mastery, the programmes aim to slow and even reverse the ageing process, with tailored journeys ranging from a single day to two weeks.

Everything starts with a comprehensive diagnostic assessment, covering DNA analysis, metabolic analysis, HRV measurement, body scans and antioxidant testing, after which a fully personalised plan is created. Open all day, Mom Restaurant offers both à la carte and buffet options in a relaxed indoor-outdoor setting. The menu focuses on fresh, seasonal ingredients designed to nourish the body and support wellbeing. 

Nama Pool Bar 

Enjoy carefully crafted cocktails and light bites by the pool, made with fresh and invigorating ingredients. The drinks menu is curated by Baba Au Rum, ranked among The World's 50 Best Bars. Non-alcoholic alternatives are also available.

Beyond the restaurants, there is an organic herb and vegetable garden. You can also take part in cooking classes, mixology workshops and a hands-on garden experience.
