Almost thirteen hours on the road from the Netherlands, and then: rolling hills, vineyards, and a sign for Ayurveda Resort Mandira. A week later, I'm standing in the Tyrolean mountains, at the door of Mount Med Resort in Wildschönau. Both in Austria, both focused on health and recovery. But beyond that, the two are barely comparable: different approaches, different atmospheres, different price points. Here's what I found.
