Dit hotel is alles wat je van een 5 sterren hotel verwacht. Goed ingerichte kamers, fantastische restaurants en faciliteiten en als kers op de taart het ontzettend behulpzame en vriendelijke personeel. 

Ik heb coeliakie en daarom een streng dieet. Dit was totaal geen probleem voor het restaurant en ik werd moeiteloos verzorgd! 

Wij hebben hier 4 nachten verbleven en het was geweldig! Ik heb nog nooit zo'n groot ontbijt buffet gezien. Het personeel is fantastisch, we werden elke dag begroet met een glimlach en begroeting. Ze wisten zelfs onze namen, een persoonlijke touch. Onze kamer was heerlijk, schoon & turn down service elke avond. De spa was hemels, we voelden ons helemaal ontspannen en kwamen totaal opgeladen terug. Er zijn een paar restaurants op loopafstand. 

This hidden gem secreted on the northern coast of Tenerife should be on everyone’s bucket list. Set in a tropical oasis a short walk from the center of the town, this is a five star hotel in the proper sense of the word. From stepping out of our transfer taxi we passed into another world of impeccable service, award winning food and superb spa facilities. Our third floor room and large balcony overlooked the main pool was fastidiously clean and offered every modern comfort including huge fluffy robes. The three main restaurants provide spectacular food and you can chose Asian, Italian or Spanish cuisines. We tried all three and couldn’t agree which was the best. If you can, I suggest you opt for the half board option which allows you to eat in any of them. The spa is a peaceful haven where all your cares just fade away and offers a huge range of treatments. Breakfast also offers a huge choice of products including both hot and cold options and an egg station.

Every member of staff here glow happiness and it’s very addictive, from the cleaning maids to the gardner’s everyone has a smile.

Overall one of the very best hotels we have enjoyed and we look forward to returning early next year. Highly recommended.

Dit is een schitterend luxe hotel met een goede locatie. Het personeel is behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk. Er zijn 3 restaurants, allen wat prijzig maar met goed eten. Het ontbijt is geweldig met veel keus. Het hotel zorgt voor een regelmatig bus service naar de promenade. We hadden een junior suite met veel ruimte en een comfortabel balkon. De prachtige tropische tuinen worden uitstekend onderhouden. 

This hotel was beyond my expectations it was marvelous. The room was cozy and neat and really welcoming. The spa was amazing with the warm jacuzzi in the cave and the water beds. Also the pool indoors in acclimatized. There are different saunas. The breakfast buffet was enormous and so delicious. Highly recommend this hotel! The massage with lavarocks was to die for felt like I had a new body afterwards.

Dit hotel ging echt elke verwachting te boven, het personeel was zo behulpzaam en vrolijk. De spa was geweldig met ontzettend veel faciliteiten en we hebben ook meegedaan aan de lessen. We werden gewaarschuwd voor het weer maar uiteindelijk was het heerlijk en konden we genieten van de buitenzwembaden. De restaurants hadden geweldige service en goed eten, maar daar betaal je ook voor - ondanks dat was het zeker waard!
