Why you’ll love it...
During our inspection trip to Bali, we stumbled upon this charming boutique hotel, tastefully designed and opened in 2024. Their specialty? Ayurveda! Ayurveda Boutique Hotel Ubud is the dream-come-true of a warm and welcoming Indian family who, over the course of four years, created this Ayurveda retreat with only 18 rooms, an Ayurvedic treatment center, and a restaurant. It is exclusively for adults, making it ideal for both couples and solo travelers. Located on the outskirts of Ubud, the hotel is set in a tropical garden amidst the stunning Balinese nature. The owners and the professional Ayurveda team, including Ayurveda doctor and therapists, ensure that all guest's needs are met. You can enjoy enriching workshops, cooking demonstrations, creative classes, yoga, and meditation sessions. The chef supports the holistic approach to health by serving delicious vegan and vegetarian Indian and Ayurvedic meals.
If you are on an Ayurveda programme, your stay begins with an initial consultation with an Ayurveda doctor, who determines your dosha type and creates a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. The Ayurveda guests enjoy two daily treatments: a 90-minute session and a 45-minute session. These treatments blend therapeutic benefits with a touch of indulgence. The Ayurveda center offers five dedicated treatment rooms. The Ayurveda chef cook prepares customized meals to complement your Ayurveda prorgramme. If you travel with a partner who is not participating in a program, they can opt for à la carte dining in the restaurant with lovely Indian cuisine. Each Morning begins with energizing yoga sessions, while the afternoons provide the perfect opportunity for relaxation with calming meditation classes.
