‘Landen in je Lijf’ – by Danny van der Linden
Trainer and lifestyle coach, Danny van der Linden has been in the business for over ten years. He developed the ‘Landen in je Lijf’ method (directly translated as Landing in your body - getting more energy). Danny's retreats are held at health resort where he combines mindfulness training with eastern medicine, shiatsu, tai chi, breathing exercises and coaching. During those retreats, participants are made aware of the relationship between their thoughts, emotions and body. This is achieved through physical and practical exercises. The result? Better sleep, more energy, a sense of relaxation and calm and a reduction in physical complaints. What’s more, following the retreat, participants seem able to make a number of practical changes in their lives, which in turn creates a better work-life balance.
Who are the ‘Landen in je Lijf’ retreats for?
These special wellbeing holidays - an initiative of Danny van der Linden - are for people who are looking for more balance, relaxation and energy. They are mini retreats for people who want to get ‘out of their heads’ and find answers to questions that follow them around. These are burnout recovery packages for people who can’t say ‘no’ and have difficulty laying down boundaries. They are mindfulness training for those struggling with tiredness and stress. They are anti-stress holidays for anyone seeking a better work-life balance. The workshops are designed for you to become aware of your pitfalls, your behaviour and the things that are bothering you and that you want to change in your life.
