Meals are prepared using sustainable, locally sourced fish and vegetables that are home-grown in the resort’s own gardens or grown by select local growers. Each of the three restaurants has its own vibe: Sage & Sea Restaurant & Bar is the main restaurant that also serves the daily breakfast buffet; Wild Thyme Restaurant & Bar is excellent for causal dining al fresco; Mezze by the Sea serves fresh fish and Turkish mezzes.
