The Wewurukannala Vihara Temple, home to Sri Lanka's towering Buddha statue, standing at around 50 meters tall is only 4 kms away. The Matara train station is conveniently a short 15-minute drive away, while the Mattala Rajapaksa Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive from the resort. The international airport of Sri Lanka in Colombo is a 2,5 hour drive.

Underneath the Mango Tree features 22 individually designed modern rooms, all of which are non-smoking. These rooms are spread across four buildings and are tastefully furnished with teakwood furniture and colorful local accents. Each room comes with both indoor and outdoor showers, a hairdryer, telephone, minibar, air conditioning, mosquito net, internet radio, iPhone dock, and WLAN (Wi-Fi). There are no televisions in the rooms, allowing guests to truly unwind. However, guests can still enjoy watching movies in the hotel's private minibioscoop.

Ayurveda Detox 7 nights

We voelden ons erg op ons gemak en in goede handen. Van de behandelingen, het personeel en de therapeuten, tot het eten en de locatie van de faciliteit. We komen graag terug - heel erg bedankt!

Ontwerp van kamers, SPA en zwembad is stijlvol en smaakvol, maar bovenal moet de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het hele personeel worden genoemd; zij maakten ons verblijf onvergetelijk:

Ayurveda Pure 7 nights

We verbleven er drie dagen en we wilden dat we langer waren gebleven. Dit is een heerlijk resorthotel aan het strand, met privézwembaden, een uitstekend restaurant en een hoogwaardige ayeravedische spa en behandelingen. De kamers waren ruim, de inrichting leuk en charmant. Veel extra service zoals een kleermaker in huis, gratis yoga- en meditatielessen en afternoon tea. Het privéstrand van het hotel is schoon en goed bewaakt. Het personeel was uitstekend en we hebben genoten van alles aan dit verblijf.
