Depending on the type of wellness holiday and the coach in question, the 1-2-1 sessions are held in English or Dutch. In all cases, your situation will be given due care. Once you have had chance to air your questions, you will receive individual, custom suggestions and advice revolving around those questions to help you affect real change.
