This retreat provides an opportunity to gain insights into addiction and cravings and create a positive shift towards a healthy future. With expert guidance from the organization 'Ik stop ermee.nl,' leading a 5-hour training (in Dutch!) on Saturday, you will liberate yourself from tobacco and take steps towards a smoke-free life. Post-retreat, a support team is available to help you stay away from cigarettes.
