This retreat is hosted by Mindfulness and Beyond, co-founded by Rajesh Ramani and Smitha Jayakumar (former life coaches at Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary, Koh Samui). Rajesh and Smitha’s life’s work has been to connect people to their true potential through retreats, mind-training programs, meditation instruction and one-to-one mentoring sessions. The Rising Awareness Meditation Retreat is an immersion that combines practices to train the mind and open the heart, so you can experience meditation in its wholeness. Meditation brings a calm sense of clarity as we navigate everyday tasks. In this retreat you will explore different meditation practices from the Hindu and Buddhist traditions, along with reflections from your inner-world.
