Wellness, Spa and Health
The BelVedere concept draws inspiration from cutting-edge circular health strategies, which emphasize the interconnectedness of humans and their environment. Rooted in the belief that everything in nature embodies energy, a concept dating back to Hippocrates, this vital force is seen as the key to restoring balance in health. Guests at Palazzo BelVedere embark on personalized journeys to address imbalances, focusing on what the body has in excess or lacks. The foundation of all treatments lies in the natural elements of water, fire, air, and earth, with the therapeutic thermal water playing a significant role (Montecatini Terme is a short 5-minute walk away). The wellness center features a pool with hydromassage beds, a Turkish steam bath, a sauna, a Kneipp bath, an ice bank, a cryotherapy bath, and a Scottish winter path in the garden. For an additional fee, guests can indulge in a hammam. The facility also includes a gym, four treatment rooms for massages and beauty treatments, and one consultation room.

We love
- The location between Florence and Pisa: that will be trips to the most beautiful places in Italy!
- The round tour in the old Terme di Montecatini, at a 5-minute walking distance. One of the most oldest thermal springs in Italy. Not for bathing, but for drinking. Come and have a zip of the healing waters. Enjoy a coffee or tea in the Grand Cafe, with beautifully painted ceilings and remember to visit the writers room the end.
- The food: perhaps an open door, but the Tuscan delicacies (light and healthy) using local ingredients really deserve a mention here.
- The circular gardens of the hotel: with various herbs and elements of the Chinese fhilosophy.
