We hebben enorm genoten van een verkwikkende en volle week in Chiva - Som! Alles op deze luxe wellnessbestemming loopt als een goed geoliede machine - moderne faciliteiten, nauwgezette aandacht voor detail en een hoge standaard van uitmuntendheid. Van de rustgevende omgeving tot de wellness-adviseurs die u helpen een ervaring samen te stellen die aan uw eisen voldoet. De ervaren fitnesstrainers en -instructeurs, de revalidatie- en fysiotherapie-experts, de therapeutische spabehandelingen en de gezonde en uitzonderlijk lekkere keuken - alles en iedereen is ontworpen om uw welzijnsreis te ondersteunen. We hebben genoten van de mindfulness-pranayama-sessies, dagelijkse yoga en aqua-aerobicslessen ten zeerste aan. We gingen weg en voelden ons gerevitaliseerd en begrijpen nu echt waarom zoveel gasten regelmatig terugkomen naar Chiva - Som. We missen het nu al!

Spa Wellbeing 3 nights

Chiva Som is meer dan alleen een prachtig wellnessresort. Het is een gezondheidsretraite met personeel dat u begeleidt met zo veel of zo weinig als u wilt. Heerlijk eten. Een transformatief verblijf. Het holistische gezondheidsteam identificeert medische problemen van gasten en knijpt elk laatste greintje negatieve energie uit je in lessen die variëren van fysio tot kinesiologie.

Chiva-Som has the best place to de-stress from the outside world. The staff are trained to be sensitive and makes the bill worth footing. Their medical centre has lots of options if people need various treatments. Health, relaxation, yoga, fitness, facilities, food. Good consultation guidance on the total program.
