SHA Wellness Clinic has received numerous awards since its opening in 2008, including the titles of 'Most Directional Spa,' 'Best Spa in Spain and Europe,' and 'Best Destination Spa.' The clinic offers a range of well-established health programs, including options for quitting smoking, detoxification, weight loss, improving sleep, managing burnout, and engaging in yoga and fitness. In addition, it stands out as one of the few retreats that provide a variety of aesthetic treatments. At SHA Wellness Clinic, the spa facility covers 2,000 square meters and includes an 80-square-meter indoor pool with massage jets, 40 treatment rooms, a Jacuzzi, cold and warm footbaths, numerous saunas, and relaxation areas. The modern design and calming white and grey shades ensure that enhancing your health and well-being is a comfortable and luxurious experience.

What’s on the Menu

In his earlier years, the founder of SHA Wellness Clinic, Alfredo Bataller, grappled with a chronic illness that appeared to have no cure. It wasn't until he crossed paths with a macrobiotic doctor who prescribed him a special diet that he experienced a remarkable recovery. This personal journey is also why the Shamadi restaurant exclusively serves dishes prepared in accordance with macrobiotic principles. At SHA, this culinary approach has been elevated to haute cuisine. The skilled chefs create healthy, delectable, and nourishing dishes using local, organic, and seasonal ingredients. You can savor these culinary delights in a modern yet inviting ambiance, all while enjoying views of the Altea bay, often complemented by the soothing sounds of piano or guitar music.

Rooms

In total, there are 93 suites, categorized into five different types, each varying in size and offering additional luxurious amenities. Nevertheless, all rooms include modern conveniences as standard features. These include curtains that you can control from your bed, soothing music in both the bedroom and bathroom, and exceptionally comfortable mattresses. Additionally, you will find a plasma TV, radio, safe, telephone, air conditioning, and a refrigerator in your room. For an additional fee, you can request a Jacuzzi on your balcony, or a room with sea views. Please note that each suite has 1 double bed in the room. Should you wish to share a room, then SHA will prepare two separate duvets but without a space in the middle. If you prefer to sleep on beds that are not in the same area, we advice you to book a suite with two separate bedrooms.

Kwam hier om gewicht te verliezen en te ontgiften. Ik verliet dunner, gezonder, slimmer, over het algemeen beter voorbereid op een duurzamer en gezonder leven.
