Nestled in the hills of Lazio, approximately 600 meters above sea level, Palazzo Fiuggi graces a picturesque landscape not far from Rome. The estate is surrounded by nature and is close to the healing springs of Fiuggi. Constructed in the early 20th century in the Italian Art Nouveau style known as 'liberty,' the building itself is a masterpiece. The distance to Rome Leonardo da Vinci International Airport by car is approximately one hour and ten minutes.

The famous Fiuggi water takes center stage in the 6,000-square-meter medical spa, furnished with marble and natural stone. This unique nutritional plan was developed by Genetics Professor David Della Morte Canosci and Palazzo Fiuggi's own three-star Michelin chef, Heinz Beck, who holds an honorary doctorate in natural bio-energies and naturopathy. Palazzo Fiuggi’s Food Line combines balanced calorie intake and a personalized nutrient plan, working in tandem with the exercise program to stimulate cellular rejuvenation for a healthier and longer life.

Detoxification and achieving a stable and healthy weight involve a series of epigenetic tests as part of the initial diagnosis. These tests go beyond simple dietary and biochemical checks. Epigenetic changes, for example, alter the function of a gene due to stress or unhealthy habits. The genetic code remains the same, but the gene may not perform its function properly, leading to various consequences. Based on the test results, you receive advice on essential interventions and activities for your long-term well-being.

Good to know

Ayurveda Focus 3 nights

Beste spa waar ik ooit ben geweest, absolute aanrader! Het buitenbad is het hele jaar door warm en de massages zijn heerlijk. We waren er een paar dagen en we voelden ons er echt thuis. Het stadje Fiuggi is maar op een paar minuten lopen.

Onze junior suite was elegant en stijlvol ingericht. Er ontbrak niets. De bedden zijn uiterst comfortabel, met matrassen van hoge kwaliteit, luxe beddengoed en uitstekende kussens. Er is ook een uitgebreide selectie kussens te bestellen. Wij waren vooral onder de indruk van de fantastische keuken onder leiding van sterrenchef Heinz Beck. Het Palazzo Fiuggi maakte indruk op ons met zijn professionele vriendelijkheid, uitzonderlijke aandacht en uitstekende service. Ons verblijf was overal perfect en we kunnen Palazzo Fiuggi absoluut aanbevelen.

Zonder twijfel het beste wellness-retraite waar je naartoe kunt gaan.. mooie accommodaties en kamers, voortreffelijk eten ontworpen door een chef-kok met 3 Michellen-sterren, geweldige faciliteiten, spa en therapeuten..

Iedereen is zo vriendelijk en meegaand. Er zijn verschillende soorten behandelingen beschikbaar en er zijn geweldige sportfaciliteiten.
