The secret of Rimske Terme lies in the thermal waters sourced from springs over 1000 meters deep, delivering water at a soothing temperature of 39°C to the thermal pools, medical center, and wellness center. This unique gift of nature has profound therapeutic benefits, making it ideal for addressing various ailments, from joint pain and spinal issues to respiratory conditions. 

The pools, sauna area, and Amalija beauty center are located on the fourth floor and are separated from each other. The indoor and outdoor pools feature heated thermal water (approximately 32 degrees Celsius) and various jacuzzis, both indoors and outdoors. The sauna area is a separate section and is adults-only, comprising both indoor and outdoor spaces. The indoor section includes 1 Finnish sauna (approximately 90 degrees Celsius), 2 infrared saunas, 2 Turkish steam baths, an ice fountain, a cold plunge pool, a jacuzzi, and a relaxation area. The outdoor section features a salt sauna, an herbal sauna (approximately 65 degrees Celsius), and a Finnish sauna (approximately 90 degrees Celsius). Cold and hot water are available free of charge at the water buffet. The Amalija beauty center offer various massages, wraps, facials, pedicures, manicures, and more. The gym is on the fifth floor and is equipped with modern equipment and weights. Bathrobes, towels, and slippers are provided in the room for you to take to the pools and sauna area. The Medical Center Rimske Terme specializes in the human musculoskeletal system, focusing on bones, skeletal muscles, joints, capsules, cartilage, and ligaments. They particularly focus on shoulders, knees, and ligaments, offering services such as rehabilitation after surgery and sports improvement. Providing highly personalized care, this medical spa ensures a one-on-one treatment approach, with a maximum of 35 patients, distinguishing it from some medical spas in Slovenia where hundreds of patients may be seen daily.

The a la carte restaurant Sofija offers a blend of homemade dishes with international flavors, influenced by Vienna and the Mediterranean, using local ingredients highlighted in their seasonal menu. Restaurant Ferdinand provides a buffet-style breakfast and dinner with a variety of dishes, including appetizers, desserts, salads, and fresh fruit. Princess Victoria café offers a unique experience with its selection of Roman-style tea, Roman wines, and quality coffee, accompanied by live piano music on Fridays and Saturdays.
