The Chenot method is a preventive wellness approach that focuses on three key pillars: beauty, movement, and nutrition. At the Chenot Spa in Marrakech, programs combine detox treatments like hydro-aromatherapy, phyto-mud wraps, hydrojets, and various massages with fitness sessions, advanced beauty treatments, hammam rituals, and a light bio-diet. The spa at Selman, for adults only (16+), is beautifully designed. It includes an indoor pool (about 120 square meters), two outdoor pools (one heated to 29 degrees), jet pools, seven treatment rooms, and relaxation areas both inside and in the garden. If you've booked a wellness program, it starts with an initial consultation at the spa, and you receive your personalized schedule at check-in. Since every session and treatment is tailored to each guest, there are no group classes offered at the resort.

You can choose where to have your meals, whether on the hotel terrace, by the pool, or on the spa terrace. If you're traveling with a partner who prefers regular meals, you can still dine together at any of the restaurants, with your wellness meals served alongside. Selman Marrakech features three distinct restaurants. The Selman restaurant offers a continental breakfast, while Le Selman serves an international menu for dinner. Assyl, the Moroccan restaurant, offers a menu with authentic Moroccan dishes in a traditional Arabian setting. At the pool pavilion, you can have light Mediterranean lunches or a large breakfast buffet, including fresh-baked bread, pastries, charcuterie, and an egg station. From here, you can enjoy the view of the Arabian thoroughbreds trotting nearby. In 2025, the hotel will introduce a Michelin-starred restaurant, adding to its refined dining options.
