Beyond indulgent dining, the resort has perfected its Healthy Gourmet Cuisine. In 2021, a major renovation introduced redesigned rooms, suites, a new lobby and lounge, an adults-only spa, and the addition of the à la carte restaurant 'Gramen.'

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is an ancient healing system that addresses health issues at their root, rather than merely treating symptoms. Lefay's SPA Method is based on this philosophy, making it one of the first hotels in Italy to incorporate TCM into its holistic wellness programs. At Lefay, you can participate in customized programs focused on relaxation, stress relief, weight loss, detox, boosting immunity, improving sleep, sports recovery, or healthy aging. No matter your goal, treatments aim to restore the flow of energy and bring both physical and mental balance. This can be achieved through treatments like Tuina massage, acupuncture, reflexology, meridian therapy, and acupressure. During an initial consultation, the doctor assesses where your inner balance is off, and based on your input, creates a personalized treatment plan designed to support your recovery from start to finish.

The spa, spread over three floors, offers a variety of indoor and outdoor pools, including a heated pool, a fitness center, yoga room, several saunas, a salt cave with a pool, a smaller pool, and an infinity pool. There's also a private spa (with sauna and treatment room) available for exclusive rental. In 2022, the third floor was expanded to include a brand-new fitness area equipped with the state-of-the-art Technogym Artis line. Additionally, a new adults-only spa section was introduced, featuring extra sauna spaces where adults can unwind in light-filled rooms, all with stunning Lake Garda views. The spacious garden, complete with sun loungers, offers the perfect spot to relax—especially when a waiter brings you fresh watermelon slices. For more specific health concerns, the medical spa provides a range of treatments with physiotherapists and osteopaths offering services such as connective tissue massage and craniosacral therapy. Various health check-ups are available, including tests for food allergies, metabolism, stress hormone profiles, insomnia, and anti-aging. What’s on the Menu

Delicious and healthy eating is a cornerstone of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Lefay puts a strong focus on this. The resort offers exceptional meals, including light options free from gluten, lactose, fat, and sugar, embodying the Lefay Vital Gourmet philosophy. They use seasonal ingredients, high-quality Italian olive oil, and premium produce to create stunning Mediterranean dishes that are as beautiful as they are mouthwatering. Even if you're on a special diet, Lefay elevates healthy eating to a true art form. In addition to its health-focused cuisine, Lefay also allows you to indulge in a range of culinary delights.

The main restaurant, 'La Limonaia', serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast is a buffet, while lunch and dinner feature a choice of meat, fish, or vegetarian options, along with a Spa Cuisine menu that offers light and healthy meals. You can also opt for à la carte dishes. If you're on a full board plan, you'll enjoy a three-course lunch and a four-course dinner, with the option to mix and match between the regular and Spa Cuisine menus. The second restaurant, 'Gramen', named after the Latin term for the plant world, specializes in fish and vegetables. This à la carte restaurant incurs an additional charge.

Good to know

Not only luxurious but also environmentally conscious, Lefay Resort & SPA Lago di Garda incorporates sustainable practices such as the use of solar panels, waste sorting, chlorine-free processes, and water recycling.
The main infinity pool outside is closed in winter time from November - March. The pools in the spa remain open the whole year.

Dit is een prachtig hotel , heel mooi ruime kamers met een subliem uitzicht op het Garda meer .

De service , het lekkere eten de perfecte bediening alles zo in stijl en klassevol .

De spa is centraal in het hotel gelegen en echt de moeite waard , het uitgebreide gamma van behandelingen is naar ieders behoefte. Zeker een aanrader !!
