Hotel Botánico & The Oriental Spa Garden is located within a subtropical park in a tranquil villa district in Puerto de la Cruz. To one side, you'll find the base of the Teide volcano, while the other side offers views of the Atlantic Ocean. The exquisite botanical gardens of the Orotava Valley are in close proximity, and the city center and renowned black lava beach can be reached on foot, approximately 1.5 kilometers away, or via a short ride on the hotel shuttle. Tenerife North airport is 20.6km away; Tenerife South 40.7km.

Palmera Real Restaurant

Indulge in the breakfast buffet and delightful lunches or snacks amidst the tropical gardens by the main pool, shaded by palm trees. Start your day with morning coffee at the Hall bar, complemented by cakes or sandwiches, and in the evening, relish cocktails with live music. The stylish ambiance persists throughout the day, and you can explore the largest permanent exhibition of Canary Isles 19th and 20th-century painters' works.

Dress code

After 18:30hrs, they request the guests to avoid wearing beach and sportswear when visiting thebars and restaurants. For gentlemen, they appreciate no sandals or open shoes and prefer a polo or shirt with a collar. Wearing a jacket and tie would be even more appreciated. This is a great opportunity to pack that elegant shirt or special dress for a more formal dining experience.

Good to know

A dress code applies in the restaurants from 18:30hrs. For the men, this means that sports and swimwear is swapped for full shoes and polo or shirt with collar, preferably with jacket and tie. Jacket and tie are obligatory at the Christmas dinner, and black tie on New Year’s Eve.
