Thermae Sylla places a strong emphasis on well-being and healing, making full use of the naturally occurring springs in the spa town of Edipsos. These springs emerge from the ground at a temperature ranging between 80-85 degrees Celsius. The Edipsos Spa (1800m2) harnesses the benefits of the famous water in all therapeutic treatments, products and pools. This is particularly beneficial as the water is rich in minerals with healing properties, including iron, calcium, magnesium, and the therapeutic element radon.
The spa draws water from its own source at a depth of 3,000 meters to replenish the pool water. The indoor pool is filled with 100% thermal water, while the outdoor swimming pool is a blend of 50% thermal water and 50% sea water. Within the spa, you'll discover a whirlpool, sauna, two steam baths, and a thermal cave. The array of treatment options seems endless, ranging from various massages, aroma, balneo, and physiotherapy to cosmetic treatments, mud therapies, mud baths, peelings, and body wraps. Additionally, there's a selection of spa programs addressing needs such as anti-stress, detox, thermal treatments, weight loss, and more. For those inclined towards fitness, there's a well-equipped gym as well.
Thermae Sylla not only recognizes but elevates the well-known health benefits of Mediterranean cuisine to the level of fine dining in its à la carte restaurants, Aithrion (Greek) and Messogios (Mediterranean). The main restaurant, Edipsos, offers international morning and afternoon buffets daily. For seafood enthusiasts, the Gia Psaraki restaurant serves fresh seafood from June to October. The ingredients in all restaurants are mainly organic and regional and partly from our own cultivation. Just like the divine olive oil that is made entirely in-house. The restaurants also cater for vegetarian, lactose and gluten-free dishes on request. Complete your dining experience with refreshing drinks at one of the two bars.
