Since 2005, we’ve been passionate about inspiring people to live healthier lives. More and more companies and organizations are reaching out to us, recognizing the importance of workplace vitality and wanting to offer their employees a PureandCure Wellbeing experience. Whether it’s boosting enthusiasm for mental and physical wellness, strengthening team bonds, or learning about topics like hormone balance, healthy eating, stress reduction, or weight management, the possibilities are endless. PureandCure.com has been organizing health retreats and wellness events for more than 20 years, offering a wide network of experts in life coaching, yoga, fitness, hormone balance, meditation, mindfulness and so more. We bring these elements together at inspiring, sustainable locations in nature, both in the Netherlands and abroad.
We believe that while massages or workout sessions can provide short-term relief, they aren't a long-term solution. It's essential to address the root causes and take action from there. Our retreats and events focus on key aspects of well-being, including emotional health and personal growth. Emotional well-being involves finding emotional balance and effectively managing emotions, which helps reduce stress and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Personal growth is about expanding knowledge and developing new skills through training, workshops, and educational programs.
How can you contribute to the well-being and vitality of your employees? We’d love to share some practical examples:
Studies have shown noticeable differences in sick leave rates between men and women aged forty to sixty, with menopause being a potential factor. Since menopause symptoms can often mimic those of burnout, they are sometimes mistaken for each other. To address this, we organized a 2-day event for a group of businesswomen that included workshops on stretching, breathing exercises, sound therapy, and meditation. There was also a workshop on nutrition and hormone balance, providing practical advice for maintaining a healthy hormone balance. The event was set in a beautiful natural location and included delicious meals.
A management team from a major corporation wanted to incorporate mindfulness into their annual executive meeting. By adding mindfulness sessions to their business meetings, they aimed to enhance key factors like connection, mutual understanding, and self-awareness. The multi-day program combined traditional meeting sessions with team-building activities such as stretching, meditation, and mindfulness. This approach helped break down barriers more quickly and fostered a greater sense of relaxation, connection, and engagement. The outcome? Participants felt both mentally and physically refreshed, enjoyed better mutual understanding, experienced renewed energy, and had more creative problem-solving abilities. Overall, it led to improved teamwork in the workplace.
Many of our clients are managers and entrepreneurs who have personally experienced the positive effects of a vitality retreat. These retreats are different from a regular vacation. The hotels and retreats offer various workshops focused on physical and mental health, such as yoga, fitness, healthy eating, mindfulness, and one-on-one coaching. Our offerings are global, ranging from a yoga weekend by the sea to a mental wellness retreat in Portugal or Thailand. We can tailor everything to your specific needs. We’d be happy to discuss the possibilities for a group discount for your organization.
