Authentic Ayurvedic treatments with yoga and meditation in a small-scale retreat. For relaxation, healing, and enjoyment. Journey to a historic Borgo in tranquil Tuscany with its therapeutic thermal springs.
Where you are going...
This Ayurveda wellness retreat is nestled in the heart of Tuscany near the historic city of Siena, just an hour's drive from Florence. The retreat has transformed a traditional Borgo (estate) into a paradise with cobblestone streets and gardens. Surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards, and olive groves, this area of Tuscany is renowned for its therapeutic thermal springs. It's a perfect and tranquil setting for a transformative retreat!
Why you’ll love it...
A Borgo, originally a small, self-contained village, is common in the Italian regions of Tuscany, Umbria, and Le Marche. Farmers here grew grapes for wine, grains, fruits, sunflowers, or produced olive oil from olive groves. Nestled in nature, guests enjoy rolling hills and stunning views. This is one of the most exciting new retreat openings in 2024 for Ayurveda, Yoga and Meditation where some of India's best doctors, teachers and therapists have been hand picked to create a transformative week long retreat in Italy. The retreat offers ancient holistic health and wellness practices for mind, body and soul, with a realism about Western lifestyles and teachings to help support the ongoing benefits once you have left the retreat. Each guest receives a tailored Ayurvedic treatment plan with consultations from an Ayurvedic doctor. Yoga, meditation, and pranayama workshops are included.
