Authentic Ayurveda without a long-haul flight? Retreat Park Am See Nattika in northern Germany proves it's possible. I visited last April. Set within a 16,000-year-old landscape on the shores of the serene Lake Tollense, this retreat brings genuine Kerala Ayurveda together with the calm of the Mecklenburg countryside. I spent a few days there and came home with a quiet mind. For me, it confirmed once again just how powerful Ayurveda can be.
